Cancellation/Amendment Policy

OFF PEAK -Minimum 3 weeks notice(21 days) - if less than 3 weeks notice NO REFUND unless unit is relet for same no. of days and dates.If 3 weeks notice is given , a refund less administration fee of 20% applies.

PEAK PERIOD/Xmas School Holidays - Minimum 6 weeks notice (42 days) – if less than 6 weeks notice- NO refund unless unit is relet for same no. of days and dates.If 6 weeks notice is given, a refund less 20% admin fee . All refunds are less 20% admin fee.

Travel Insurance is recommended to protect your holiday investment. Refunds or cancellations are not given for inclement weather.
